Dalmatian Kitchen's Croatian Heritage
Our Dalmatian family inspired us to share their love of simple, healthful Dalmatian cuisine with our fellow Americans. We grew up in our "Nana's" kitchen, making the likes of fish brudet (brodetto) and sweet palicinke.
Our Nana and Teta shared recipes from the old country and would bring bottles of Dalmatian olive oil and vinegar to keep us connected to our roots as young adults. Keeping that connection has been a driving force for us, as we follow in the footsteps of our Diddo Frank, selling Croatian Olive Oil and food products in America and abroad.
Today, these next generation of Dalmatians share their love of the Dalmatian Kitchen with others by showcasing products essential to Croatian cooking.
